LA MAR DRY CLEANERS

Needed a last minute steam on my nephew gown for graduation yesterday and they made it happen. Been going here for years and they never failed me. I waited a few minutes and it was done. Thank you ladies

Very clean. Excellent customer service. Could not get my items same date because cost had a stain which was understandable. Picked up jacket, shirt, and pants and total was $35.16 ok not bad for three items. But when I looked at the receipt I noticed the shirt was $18.56! Not the stained jacket but the shirt because it was Versace. Shirt only really needed pressing wasn’t dirty at all. I don’t like the overcharge for designer items. I wouldn’t mind paying that amount for a stained coat.

No offense but I think they charge too much to lauder a work shirt.

BEWARE: $20 for a simple hem of pants!! I went to this place based on the reviews and due to an unforeseen trip. They have a tailor by the name of Ali that you coordinate appointments with him for alterations. He charges $10 per hem and the laundry charges you an additional $10 because they have the pants pressed after alterations. I did not need them pressed but they give you no alternative, that’s their deal. My first and my last time there. When I told the young lady that I would leave them a negative review, she told me that I was a “grosero.” Avoid the hassle and the insult.

I was driving around for two months with a bag of clothes in my truck because I was nervous about selecting a dry cleaner. All the ones I found, had poor reviews. I took a chance and sent a request on Sunday for pick up via the website. I received a call bright and early Monday morning. The clothes were picked up from my job. Since this was my first time with this cleaner, I was a bit nervous about them not giving me a ticket for what I was handing over to the driver (including two heirloom christening gowns). He assured me that my clothes were in safe hands. The customer service from Mari and Tito was superb. My clothes were dropped off today and everything is perfect!! The cost for the service was very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again!

I took my daughter's wedding dress and my mother of the bride dress to be cleaned, or what I call given CPR as they had gone through a lot at the wedding. They did a great job, the dresses look like new. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. I really wanted to take these special dresses where I knew they would receive TLC and they did. I was also treated with TLC. Very thankful to everyone that assisted me in this process.
