This place has changed their pricing policies and services at least three times since I had begun using their services.

When I first became a customer, they offered same day cleaning along with same day pickup and delivery (this was 1 year ago). Then they stopped doing same day delivery and pickup however, they would clean your items and have them ready by the afternoon IF you brought your items in before 9AM (this was about 5 months ago that I came to find that out). If you brought items in past 9AM and still required a same day cleaning, they would charge you an additional fee for “being late.”
