Walked in to conflicting Signs for same day service (for a suit pants and Jacket)
One sign that flashing above the desk persons head allows bringing in items before 12noon for same-day service also a printed sign on the desk says before 9:30 it was 10:25ish In the morning
They tell me that I have to pay an extra $10 per item to have same-day service so I say that’s OK next day and then she says they still have to charge the $10 per piece because they don’t work on Saturday but they are open This was In a great inconvenience

Called in regards to their advertised same-day services was left on hold. Nobody returned to the phone, so I started driving there once I got there I was told they were closing in 20 minutes therefore they would not even allow me to drop off and I would have to come back monday as they don't provide production services on weekends, even though their website also says they do.
