LA MAR DRY CLEANERS

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place was the worst I've ever visited. I should have trusted my instincts when I walked in and immediately felt the negative attitude from the staff. To make matters worse, I was overcharged compared to similar businesses, and there was an overwhelming unpleasant odor throughout the place. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Exremley Rude staff, dirty machines and interior. Smells of mold, feet, and body odor...something rancid. Disgusting smell seems appropriate with the attitude of the employees. Save your money, do not support this business, and wash your clothing elsewhere. If your clothes come out reeking like the interior of the building, you've been warned.

Very rude self centered male said he was the owner, I was on a business trip out of town and was trying to get clothes done never again I rather go to a laundromat and do it myself

EDIT: Lowering my rating because I just got a response from the establishment which was not accurate. They just said I could pay a fee for the 1 hour service but that was never offered to me when I really needed it. Plus, the woman at the desk specifically told me the 1 Hour was NOT for dry cleaning, which upset me because that day I NEEDED that service and would've paid extra... Please have employees give accurate info to customers. Thank you.

OG: It's not really a 1 Hour Dry Cleaners. The 1 hour is for a different service.. You will receive your clothes the next day but at least it'll be dry cleaned.

I'm giving one star because 0 does not appear. I trusted this company to do my dry cleaning. By the reviews mention they didn't clean my clothes they just press them and return them back to me. So please beware of this business.

Overpriced! They also give you back the shirts all unbuttoned and it’s quite annoying to deal with that after.

Back in August my world stopped when my mother passed away suddenly, and we needed a dry cleaners shop the day before her funeral. The owner was so gracious to me and my family. We had just arrived to Miami driving 10 hours from Atlanta and we didn't know where to go. We found LA Mar 1 Hour Dry Cleaners and told her our story and she took our clothes and pressed them after store hours. After they called us and told us the clothes was ready, the owner took care of the bill for us. I am forever grateful to the owner. Thank you for taking care of me and my family when my life was in shambles. I would definitely recommend this dry cleaners.
