I've been going to La Mar Dry Cleaner for a few months now, and they consistently do a great job with all my clothing. What really impressed me, though, was the incredible work they did cleaning and preserving my wedding dress. They treated it with so much care and attention to detail, it honestly looked even better than I expected.

They put safety pins through my WEDDING DRESS that I still have yet to wear at my wedding. When it was dropped off after the service, I found that the entire weight of the dress was hanging on 2 safety pins attached to a wire dry cleaning hanger… when there are straps inside the dress to hang it up. And I sent it with a sturdy wood hanger with notches for the straps.

There was no other way to pack this for return delivery? Now my wedding dress has holes in it.

Adding insult to injury… the stain didn’t come out.

P.S. The tag says “same day” - I would have rather they told me that they need more time or that I will need to pick it up myself if I don’t want it to be hung by safety pins post-service; I never explicitly requested that the stain removal be done in 1 day. My wedding day is months away.
