LA Custom Blinds was professional, affordable, and easy. Everything from my original phone call to the actual installation went off without a hitch. They sent out Adrienne professional sales consultant to measure my windows and to show me my options. After making a decision, it took a few weeks to get the blinds as I was also making some little changes frequently. Moses called and set up the installation appointment by Steven. Steven showed up on time, installed all the blinds in 30 minutes, and showed me how they work. I would definitely recommend LA Custom Blinds!

Jason was efficient, kind and helpful. The turnaround time from when I requested a consultation to the installation was fast. I appreciate that he came to my apartment for the consultation and it made it easier to see the samples and compare colors and blinds in my home. The prices were competitive with other companies but reasonable. It was courteous of LA Custom Blinds team to bring shoe covers when they came to install the blinds. We used this business to install a few shades. They only use quality and top notch products so there is a premium guaranteed. But we got quotes from other places and they still had the best quote even though other places offered different products. I appreciated that they were knowledgeable about the different products and were able to give feedback based on their experience. They also let us know about special deals that they had. I liked that they didn't try to pull us towards the more expensive options or things that we did not want. In the end, the shades look great.

This company's products are top-notch, and their installation services are awesome! We love their custom motorized shades and had some installed many years ago. Recently we had to have them taken down in order to replace our windows, and when it was time to re-install the shades, the installers Miquel and Frank realized that the window frame size had slightly changed. The two gentlemen were able to solve the problem and reinstall our shades successfully. Can't recommend La Custom Blinds people highly enough!

LA Custom Blinds guys are great! I called at least 5 different shade companies and could only find companies who installed motorized shades, but didn't repair. It was a bit frustrating until Moses answered at La Custom Blinds. He said I called the right place and assured me that they would do all they could to help. What a relief! He asked me to send pictures so he could get a better idea of what kind of shade system I had and what work needed to be done. It was brilliant. I sent him pictures that evening and they sent two guys the next day. Frank and Steven were fantastic. They took their time and did it right. My shades are now working again and I now know who to call if something else goes wrong. I highly recommend LA Custom Blinds for motorized shades installation. They are professional, prompt, and did exactly what they promised to do.
