They were prompt in scheduling a consultant to come to my business, Mike helped us in choosing the perfect shades for our storefront, and Steven was quick and efficient in measuring then installing our shades. We had purchased a new home and needed loads of window treatments. I think in the end about 30K. When you are spending this kind of cash you want to make sure you have the right company and the right products. Barry was great and knew the product we wanted. He made some great suggestions and for the most part it all worked. I can say we had to make some changes and he was right there to help us out. Some of our choices just needed correction and in one case he was able to reuse one of our accidental choices in another room. A great experience!

I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of LA Custom Blinds work, but most importantly the customer service I received from Yvette. During the estimate, my sales representative Adrienne took her time to explain the different types of shades and blinds available and made recommendations on what would look good in my home. She answered every question that I had and was quick to respond to my texts. The installation crew (Frank and Miquel) was efficient, professional, and polite. They did an excellent job with the installation of my shutters. I highly recommend this company!

I recently needed to install blinds for my new condo and didn't want to use business that were amateurs in this field. I found LA Custom Blinds after reading their reviews. I called to get a bid on how much it would cost and Bessy was at the end to answer my call. Alicia my sales rep was friendly and on it. The next day she came on time for our appointment with some sample blinds. She did some measurements and ask what type of blinds I wanted. The next day she sent me a bid on the price which was fair. Within two weeks my blinds were installed professionally by Frank was skilled in his craft. I will be using this company again on my next project.

Jason came and measured my sliding door for new window treatment. He offered suggestions for design and color which was very helpful. Jason ordered the treatment, Steven came and installed the blind. Jason was extremely professional and responsive from the first phone call to the completion of the installation. LA Custom Blinds had great products to offer and I liked that I felt no pressure to buy.
