LA Custom Blinds

My personal experience was really BAD.
LA custom blinds were very quick to make sales and to take deposit. They said blinds will be installed in1-2 weeks
Only after 5 weeks of no communication they scheduled appt to install
No communication and when they talk to you - really bad follow up, promises that r not kept
THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE, BUT I LOOKED AT YELP AND THERE ARE A LOT OF DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

I signed an agreement in Oct 2020, it’s April 2021, I have no shutters and ridiculous malfunctioned blinds, unaligned, and windows exposed where I have NO privacy! They took my money and I have an incomplete installation!!!!! 6 months for 5 windows!!!! Shocking customer service, appalling!!!!!

Horrible customer service. The roller shades we were given are NOT good a product at all!! I am regretting dealing with this company. Still daily trying to get someone to help me. I call daily and no one calls me back. We warned. I guess I’ll have to contact the BBB.

You provide zero customer service from initial phone call to not showing up for our installation. Shame on you. I have multiple homes that need window coverings.
Customer service is the most important aspect of a company.

LA Custom Blinds is the best! Mike was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They have such a nice selection and the blinds that we chose look amazing in my son's room. My experience from start to finish was seamless and I would greatly recommend them!

LA Custom Blinds helped us with a custom window shade that allowed more light into our living room. They were very helpful and installation took only 20 minutes! We are very happy with our blinds and will recommend them to anyone looking for new blinds.

I can't say enough about LA Custom Blinds! They are a joy to know and their craftsmanship is outstanding! We will never use anyone else for plantation shutters. It's rare these days to find people that care as much about their customers as Mike our sales rep and Bessy from customer support. They were prompt, professional, and delivered such high quality. This level of service can't be beat!

I can't say enough good things about our sales rep Mike and the installer Frank! They are both professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products. Mike measured for the blinds with precision, they were delivered quickly and Frank had them installed within 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used LA Custom Blinds and I highly recommend them!
