Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs. We paid almost $8000 and should have had everything installed on March 6. Over 2 months later, 4 visits and multiple arguments they still have not finished. Workmanship is poor but customer service is worse. We can’t even get this resolved.

Material kinks easily if an object does not allow the blind to come down properly ( such as a table to close to the wall)
