LA Custom Blinds

Extremely unprofessional, poof product quality and craftsmanship.

I had LA custom Blind install roller shade at my house in Venice CA. What should have been an easy job turned to be a nightmare.

Out of the 12 blinds installed, 3 of them were too narrow leaving 2” gaps. The blinds were initially measured by the sales person. After being stood up by a tech, a manager/supervisor apologized and came out to measure the blinds himself. A couple weeks later, a tech came and installed the roller shades. After the install, I pointed out to him the gaps in 3 of the room darkening shades. He took new measurements and told me that he’ll order new ones and will come back. 2 weeks later he came back with only one roller shade. After re-installing it, he realized it was still too short. LA Custom Blinds has been very frustrating to deal with. We moved into our condo in March, had a consultation and scheduled for installation in the same month and they're still not done after coming our to our home about literally eight times...and its the end of July. We noticed that the blinds are sometimes too short in length, some were missing and they've had to come out again, and others are damaged. When there are issues I'd have to reach out to them consistently as they're not very responsive. I have email communications where I'd reach out to them about three times before I finally get an answer. There are also times when the installer is scheduled to come but never arrives. I've asked to speak to a manager repeatedly however I keep getting coordinators.

well have to tell you LA blinds are great they went beyond there duties and was missing a window covering and they didn't make a big deal they just said we will get that window covering that's great customer service I would recommend them to everyone and my blinds are beautiful they installed my blinds so professionally my home looks like a million bucks yes very pleased with my blinds don't go with 3 day blinds LA is the best

Hello this is Mario. Calderón. I found LA custom blinds through Instagram. I had Blinds installed along side the shades for my bathroom and kitchen. Love the colors. I am currently still waiting on the people who are supposed to come to my house and finish the valance on my living room. Last i spoke to the designer, i was told they would be coming to fix the issue i have with my valance, located in the livingroom.
I already called multiple numbers from the designer to the manager to the LAcustom blinds warehouse in LA. Down to the installers who since day one wont wont answer when you call them. The installer who called me weeks in advanced told me when the blinds arrive i will call you. That never happened. They did a fantastic job!!! Absolutely love my new blinds!! It was a great experience from start to finish and everyone I interacted with was wonderful. We have had the blinds in my home for over 3 months now, opted for the remote controlled ones and are working perfectly without any need to recharge. The quality of the material is also fantastic. It was broken after installation for only one month.
The remote control is not functioning well.
The material of blinds are cheap. It’s really not worth for the price I paid !!
