LA Custom Blinds

LA Custom Blinds guys are great! I called at least 5 different shade companies and could only find companies who installed motorized shades, but didn't repair. It was a bit frustrating until Moses answered at La Custom Blinds. He said I called the right place and assured me that they would do all they could to help. What a relief! He asked me to send pictures so he could get a better idea of what kind of shade system I had and what work needed to be done. It was brilliant. I sent him pictures that evening and they sent two guys the next day. Frank and Steven were fantastic. They took their time and did it right. My shades are now working again and I now know who to call if something else goes wrong. I highly recommend LA Custom Blinds for motorized shades installation. They are professional, prompt, and did exactly what they promised to do.

Consultation was quick and easy. Installation, same thing, quick and easy. They accidentally ordered the wrong blinds for one room but fixed their mistake quickly. Thank you guys! I would highly recommend LA Custom Blinds as a new homeowner

Horrible work, the installation is the worst part, blinds fell on my son, I am in the process of talking to my attorney, I paid for quality and received nightmare

Do. not. Use them.
Our experience was horrible from A to Z. It started off with lots of promises which ended up being just ways to get us to proceed with them instead of another company we should have gone with from
the beginning.
In addition, they ended up giving us the wrong rods and when we tried to have them correct it they completely ghosted and started ignoring our calls, emails, and voicemails. Two of the rods they gave us are completely different in size, color or quality than the first ones we got. This company should seriously be shut down. If we had the time we would take them to court.

Advertising is false. No integrity
Advertised shade is installed before Christmas THEN WHEN ITS NOT, they will not honor that. Solution! Just do not advertise it then. Also If you buy 4 shades you should get 4 remotes and 4 chargers just like if you bought four cell phones you would get four chargers. You only get one is BS.

Had a great installation with these guys. My loft has an inside car garage and a window light above which needed to have a matching custom blinds same as the large windows. This is what they delivered and they even had the right color decor I wanted to use! My only regret is that they are only based in LA, as I would’ve used them for an apartment I also have, in texas! 😂

Do not use this company they do shoty work and hire inexperienced installers who make the pressed wood shutter from China fit in the window space they claim they will come back and take care of it but they never do they lie to the credit card company and just go about their business while your stuck with terrible workmanship beware of their salesman the whole company are liars seriously and I’m not lying my credit and credibility is suburb so please call some one else to do your plantation shutters these guys don’t have a clue!
