5 Stars!! It was time for 8 new lead acid batteries for our Star Classic Golf Cart. I had been researching the lithium battery option and visited the KKP Tomball location. They referred me to their KKP service center in Montgomery. Bob and the team at KKP were quick with an accurate quote, and after giving the go ahead, he scheduled a trailer to pickup my cart in the Champion Forest area. The driver, Richard, was pro. He was on time, courteous, and had the right equipment to transport the cart for service. Once the cart was in for service the KKP team got to work, installed a new battery tray, lithium power pack, charger and battery meter. My cart is now 400 lbs lighter, no more battery maintenance (constantly maintaining water levels), has more power, and best of all no new batteries needed for 8-10 years! This is my 2nd3rd time dealing with KKP golf carts. And it was good as the first. I had some expensive (to me anyway lol) rear end problems my EZ Go golf cart was right on the border line time wise for parts and they looked and found me the correct parts close by so I would not have to pay shipping (they picked it up free since it was close by) and the supplier first gave them the wrong part so they finally got the right one from them and put it together and it ran beautifully. They then worked with me on the Payment schedule on my credit card around my billing cycles. Simply put they are a Family Company that treats people like Family.
