The first thing I did was call multiple law firms to decide which one I wanted to go with, and hands down Knauss Law Firm answered all my questions right out of the gate. Once I retained them, I could call them at anytime to check on the progression of my case, and not one time did I call and have to leave a message, or wait for someone to get back to me. There was always someone that answered the phone everytime, and rarely told me I had to wait for a call back. It's rare to have a business where the people who answer the phones can actually give you a definitive answer and not make you wait 2-4 days to get an answer to your question. And the rare times staff didn't not have a ready answer for me, she would double check with the attorney and get back to me swiftly within a few hours but no more than a day, impressive! We contacted Knauss attorneys and spoke directly with Matt. We were frantic and he was calm. He collected information about our daughter’s case, reviewed the police report with us, and quickly demonstrated an understanding of our needs, we retained his services that night. Less than 24 hours later, our daughter’s case was dropped, and he refunded the payment in full.
