Sally had a great experience with King's Services

I did not love the service from King's because they were more interested in getting their money than providing the service for which they were supposed to provide. They did not provide us with the estimate we asked for and they had told me that they would provide us with information relative to the product they could provide. They got their money but did not provide the service.

Exceptional Service, and Professional!

In September 2021, I was having problems with my sewage pump. I was told that I needed to replace my check valve and to install another check valve in the system. The total amount was $609.28. I April 2022 my sewage pump was not working again and the plumber removed one and the newly installed check valves and replace some of the fittings for a bill of $266.01. My concern is why was not problem not properly corrected in the first place?

Needed construction fencing out of the city in a hurry . Mike got on it ASAP and we had the fencing up within a day. Took care of that problem quick. Thanks Mike I could rest easy that weekend. Would use Kings again. They were there when we needed them.
