I cant comment on all parts of the business but we have experienced extremely poor performance when it comes to septic tank pumping. for three years in a row we have had to call them back because a few day after pumping our septic alarm triggers. The reason is that the service personel forget to turn the pump switch back on. We have called them on each occasion, had them make notes on the problem, and reminded them this time before setting up the service. Its amazing to me how they could get this wrong yet again... They were responsive and came to fix the problem when I called, but I got better things to do. I'll be looking for an alternative company next year...three strikes.
