I had asked King's to send someone with experience to discuss an odd issue I'm having with my septic system. I needed someone with imagination to brainstorm with. They sent a plumber with 10 years experience, who looked over the system, listened to my description of the issue, and said since it was working at that moment, he couldn't help me, goodbye. Absolutely uninterested.
