They gave us a heads up call when they were coming that afternoon. Gentlemen whom came to our house was professional and answered our questions expertly and respectfully. We will be a repeat customer because of this first experience.

I loved King’s services because they came quickly when we needed them to and the man that emptied the tank was outstanding. He went above and beyond his services explaining how things worked and suggesting that we empty both sides when he found out we had sewer back up. He was patient while I called out plumber and never once made me feel like I was wasting his time or anything. Very impressed with the service!

Our interaction this morning with the person who answered the phone was not ideal, we called with a recurring flood that had involved us spending nearly $2000 with you last week, and rather than deal first with the problem insisted on getting payment/credit card details first before sending anyone. It really gave the impression that you are all about the money first and customer service second. BUT everyone else we have dealt with have been excellent. Luckily this person wasn't our first interaction with your company, as it would have been our last.

Their service was exceptional - staff worked with me on site to make sure that toilet units could be placed in the best orientation for my event and to make sure that cleaning and other service could be done effectively. Staff were pleasant and on time, which helped us stay on track for our other deliveries. I am very appreciative to the team at Kings and would highly recommend them to anyone.
