I want you to know that I was so impressed when I called regarding a problem with my toilet. Your receptionist was wonderful and said that someone would be out that afternoon. Joseph Knipfel called within a couple of hours to say he would be at the door in 30 minutes. A very polite young man who checked the toilet and advised me what was needed and proceeded to replace the flapper that had deteriorated. Upon completion he showed me the piece that was rotting and causing the problem. My experience with your company was the best and I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks me. Thank you to you and your staff.

I used King's Services for a couple of projects and waiting on one more. They had clear communication as to what it would take to complete the job. They kept me informed every step of the way.
