I had called Kings to get some information about my septic system after having an uncomfortable experience with the company that installed it. Kings booked me a phone appt with a specialist right away and when he heard my distress with the situation drove all the way out to my place to take a better look. I am so grateful I called them, Eric has been professional, knowledgeable, flexible and reasonably priced. They’ve honestly exceeded any expectation I had and helped me develop a plan to get the most life out of my septic field.

King's Services provided me with excellent service beginning with listening to my concern, quickly scheduling an appointment and promptly sending a service person (Byron) to my home to address the problem. I really appreciate that Byron took the necessary time, attention to detail and care when assessing my drain/plumbing issue. His various explanations put things in perspective and his honest opinions and diagnosis helped ease my mind to a somewhat stressful situation for me. I booked and paid for porta potties and a hand washing station for my wedding in June in February. At 6:30 pm Friday night, half way through the rehearsal dinner, they still had not arrived. I called and finally got a hold of Tyler on the emergency line. There were no plans for the porta potties to be dropped off. Thank goodness for Tyler who made the trip to pick up the potties for me and drop them off by 9 pm. Not a great first impression with Kings.
