On a positive note, my hygienist, Melissa, was great and deserves 5 stars. She greeted me with a smile, was conscientious, caring, and explained things well.
My visit with the dentist was not a positive experience unfortunately. On Friday, April19, I confirmed my appointment with Eric Kimball, the dentist recommended by Brian Bouke when he retired. My appointment was Wednesday, April 24. While I was in the chair, a male I had never met walked in. He did not introduce himself or look at me. Instead he said to the hygienist “Have we been watching that second molar?” He said the root of a molar looked shadowed and he could send me to an Endodontist and they would repair it or pull it.
