Yesterday was our first time with Kimball & Beecher. We recently moved to this area and it was hard mentally to change to a new dentist as I had been gong to the same father then son practice in North Iowa since 1969! We loved our no-nonsense yet quality dentist and hoped to find the same here. Kimball & Beecher seems to be a really good fit for my husband and me. Everyone was so kind, good customer service skills, concerned about your well-being, gentle (no pain!), complimentary of former dentist’s work, plain spoken explanation of what they were doing and their findings. Husband is having some dental issues, staff printed out a report which clearly shows what tooth, what needs to be done and the cost estimate before and after insurance, They called and set up appt with specialist to evaluate a problem tooth so I didn’t have to do after we left.
