Kimball and Beecher Family Dentistry Cedar Falls

I needed a crown. K & B took good care of me. Dr. Vore and staff did a fine job. It was as painless as it could be and I am very satisfied with my new crown.

I have great respect for Dr Lindsey Vore and all her team. She helps as much with her heart as she does with her hands. Awesome person and dentist who I would trust to take care of any of my dental needs and concerns. Another WOW goes to Sam, the hygienist who took care of my cleanings and exam. Really liked her "Set down shut up and hang on" "I got this" attitude. Those people have been quite a blessing to me with my dental needs. Thank you!!! David Spake

I had a great experience on my visit to Kimball and Beecher. The gal that did the cleaning was very good. The dentist (Beecher) was great and gave good feedback on questions I asked. My only complaint would be the health history form. Other health care facilities has simplified this process. I would also say that we did have a issue with our kids visit a few weeks ago. My wife and I were out of town and had Grandma take the girls. They were a few minutes late for the appointment....which we knew was going to happen and alerted the scheduler at the time of the appointment scheduling. My mother in law was not treated very kindly upon arriving late by about 10 minutes. She was very frustrated with the attitude and extra time it took to get the girls through their appointments. Just some honest feedback to help you improve upon the customer experience with your receptionist.

I scheduled 2 days of appointments for my family, including 1 day for both of my daughters. I explained my scheduling needs/arrival time and the person handling the scheduling was very nice and said she would put detailed notes in the appointment. My mom drove an hour to Cedar Falls to take my girls to their appointment (as I was working). Upon arriving (at the time the scheduler and I had agreed upon), the receptionist was rude to my daughters and mother stating they were late and would have to reschedule or sit and wait to get worked in. It took over 2 hours for their check-ups! My husband and I then went to our appointments 2 weeks later and the receptionist made a big deal out of us paying a $40 balance (left by my insurance) that day for my girls appointments, even though my appointment was also going through the same insurance. Best chairside manner I've ever dealt with at a dentist! I strongly suggest Dr. Lindsey Vore... without a doubt the best!!!!
