Kimball and Beecher Family Dentistry Cedar Falls

I went to see Dr Ashley on a Friday afternoon for a routine cleaning and checkup after having cracked a tooth. After doing an x ray Dr Ashley told me she didn't think the tooth could be saved because it was cracked in half all the way to the roots. I was pleased with her honest assessment of the condition of my tooth. I was also very relieved that she could get me an appointment one hour later the same day for the tooth extraction instead of having to wait in discomfort until the next week. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all of the staff in my time of need.

I receive excellent care at Kimball & Beecher every time, and I've been impressed while watching as they work with young children to help them with the fears. They do a great job! Also, thanks much for the extras you always offer! Sometimes a hot neck warmer is just whats needed ;)

Normally my sons and I see Dr. Vore and love her. My 5 year old son Noah had a crown put on over the summer which fell out over Christmas break. It was replaced January 2nd, but fell off 2 weeks later. We came in on Wednesday, January 23rd for a 3:45 appointment to get it replaced. I also had my 2 year old with me knowing it was only about a 5 minute process to get it replaced. We went back right away but did not see the dentist for 50 minutes. This means that I was forced to sit in a tiny room filled with things my 2 and 5 year old could not touch for almost an hour. I asked multiple times for an update as well as even called the front desk to find out if we had been forgotten. I am extremely upset both that we had to return to get the crown replaced in the same month it was put on, as well as how long we had to wait to be seen. I had a new hygienist and she placed the suction wand in the corner of my mouth that she wasn't working on. I've never experienced this before and it was a little offputting. Not sure if this is a new technique or not, but I didn't like it and took it out and used it myself as needed.
