Kids Club

We have had 4 children now participate in care with Mary as she has worked in director/leadership roles in different daycare facilities & we are thrilled she is now the owner of Kids Club. Mary works tirelessly to make sure the kids (and families) have a good experience in her facilities. There is never a shortage of activities for the kids, she is flexible and easy to work with, and she always has a smile on her face and a joke at the ready. She has been so thoughtful as our children have grown older to make sure they still activities/spaces to enjoy and be comfortable in. I also that Mary & her staff are willing to come to us if there are concerns and on the other hand, listen if we have concerns, and address them immediately. Seems super unprofessional, a friend of mine went to pick up her son on what she thought was just a normal day, when she arrived her son was missing almost all his finger and needed to be taken to the hospital ! They said it was an incident with a “rocking chair” but didn’t even CALL when this happened. She came to him bleeding all over. He ended up needing surgery. They didn’t have much explanation for her knowing they messed up. They call her for anything else under the sun like him having diarrhea but not about him practically almost losing a finger? This is a horror story. I’d never send my child to any daycare and this is why. I almost did put my son in this place but thank god I did not ! The boy was only 15 months old. Sounds like they have to many kids and not enough staff. I hope she does go through with sueing this place . Absolutely disgusting. Please mommas RUN FROM THIS...
