KG Carpets and Upholstery

If I can give the owner Kelvin a zero star I would. I had a beautiful carpet in my bedroom in which he destroyed
.He shredded it, he claimed it was blue however anyone with clear vision can see it is grey. He put navy blue dye on a stain and then removed it with bleach against my wishes. He brought a cockroach in to my impeccable home. He refused to refund money
He also made me cut in to the excess rug I purchased less than one year ago so he can "practice" with dye. Supposedly he is an expert colorist! He does nothing but lie. I am taking him to small claims court because he will not bring me the money I paid him. He absolutely destroyed my brand new rug..I would love to post pictures on here however if you would like to see them please just ask. He should not be in this industry.He has absolutely no clue as to what he is doing..So, if you value your time,...

KG Carpet did a fantastic job at cleaning the berber carpets in my townhouse. They also repaired three pulls in the carpet and cleaned the upholstery on my couches and recliner. Scheduling was easy and they respond quickly to text messages. I definitely recommend KG Carpet!

The best rug cleaners by far, KG cleaned a rug my mom left me before she passed, it looks good as new, brought it back to its days of glory, also restored the colors faded by the sun, i will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Best carpet and upholstery cleaning company I have use by far, they cleaned my velvet couch and oriental rug, my rug smells good and looks good, most contractors don't respect your home, but this guy's are clean, wear shoe covers lay out blankets seal my door to keep the cold out while working in the house, I'm in the construction business and I have never seen a contractor prepared like this to perform their task, I highly recommend KG, thrust worthy on time, I'm beyond happy thanks KG I'll definitely use them again.

Kelvin and his team have twice cleaned my upholstered furniture with great results! He is kind, responds promptly via text and professional. I will be using him for my cleanings moving forward and have recommended him to several friends.

I wanted to post to share how pleased we are with how well Calvin and his brother cleaned our carpets. I have two young children and a dog so our carpets go through a lot :) they look and smell so much better for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend KG carpet
