KG Carpets and Upholstery

Best carpet cleaners I have used. Someone had an accident on my brand new carpet. Called KG Carpets and the technician came same day. Did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Like nothing ever happened. Price was great. Will be using for my yearly carpet cleaning.

Kelvin cleaned two rugs for me. The rug in the pictures was badly damaged by cat urine. It came back clean and soft and beautiful. He was able to remove the odor. He does excellent work.

Kelvin did an excellent job. We added an area rug for him to clean and he graciously cleaned it. He is the best!! So professional and our rugs are super clean.

AVOID KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Corp at all costs! I hired them to clean my carpets, but they damaged them instead. The technician used too much water, and the carpets were left soaking wet. When I contacted them about the issue, they denied any responsibility and refused to fix the problem. The customer service is also unresponsive and unhelpful. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Corp to anyone.

I hired KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Corp to clean my upholstered furniture, but the experience was not what I expected. The technician was unfriendly and seemed rushed. The cleaning was not thorough, and the furniture still looked dirty after they finished. The price was also higher than I expected. While they did a decent job, I wouldn't recommend KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Corp to anyone looking for reliable and efficient cleaning services.

I don’t leave reviews regularly but I had to this time. I thought I’d try a small business since I’ve had carpets and upholstery done in the past by a big chain that was honestly pointless. Didn’t clean anything. Found KG with a google search and was hoping for that small business care and I’m so glad I was right! KG cleaned my elderly in laws carpet (which once furniture was moved needed A LOT of love). He was nice enough to work with us and schedule the cleaning a bit later than usual to accommodate us. He spent extra time and care and really made the carpet look almost new! He exceeded my expectations! And at such a great price. Have always told friends and plan to use again in the future.

Kelvin is a great guy! Friendly! On time! Got a quick appointment! Great price! Amazing work! Made a stained up carpet look brand new! I am so glad the thought crossed my mind to seek outside help to manage my accidental oil spill on my sofa this week. In my Google search, I stumbled upon Kelvin’s company and he most definitely came to my sofa’s rescue. He was professional (and yes I have to mention this because it is no longer the customary), personable, and respectful. He saw the challenge and he made my 4 year old sofa look brand new. I have already solicited his estimate for my area rugs, which like my sofa, have never been professionally cleaned. He is also reasonably priced. If you have items in your home that need a refresh, consider KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Corp. I had a great and satisfying experience.
