Digital Doc

Had a bit of a glitching issue after getting my screen repaired, so I took it Digital Doc today and got it fixed for free under warranty. My new screen is working great! Staff is also good!

In August 2020. I contacted them about an all-in-one desktop because the screen was damaged. They said they could replace it & would need to order a screen. They said the screen should be in on about 7 days. I haven't heard back from them. I was calling monthly, now it's every 3-4 months. They keep assuring me that they've ordered it & are still waiting in it. Last time I was told the prob I proudly talked to would ball me back the next day. That was 3 months ago. After reading other reviews, I guess it's a good thing it hasn't come in, because it sounds like they won't repair it properly anyway. Everyone I talked to there seemed really nice, but they definitely haven't follow-up with me about anything. It's now near the end of June 2021 & still nothing new from them.

Very satisfied with there service! They were very informative of what was going on with my pc! I thought I would have to shell out a bunch of money but they were able to fix my pc at a low cost! Back to gaming thank you Doc!!

They were awesome had my husband's iPad screen replaced in an hour. They were the only ones that had someone avail to do it. We called 4 places and no one was avail on Sunday. Digital Doc was great

I was able to get a new iPhone battery installed and it was quick and cheaper than the Apple store or Best Buy.

This is the last review you will have to read from Digital Doc! Terrible place in NC to go get your phone fixed ,it took them almost a month to fix my phone and ended up getting it back not turning on & still have a broken chip on the Bottom right of the screen ,charging me $380 to fix the back glass & front & Replacing the battery ,I recommend everyone to go to apple to get it fixed by PROFESSIONAL not this over priced place
