Digital doc was able to replace my broken phone screen quickly and we're very friendly.

These guys are good at what they do and they ensure that you are a happy customer. I do their work quickly the most time-consuming part is waiting for apart to be shipped to them if they need to order something and with that being said that still only took them about a week and total to repair my phone if I ever need another repair on any device this is where I would go. GREAT PLACE worth 5 stars in my opinion

Smashed my iPhone screen on Monday… took it to DigitalDoc Tuesday morning, and had it back, good as new, in an hour!

Emailed twice, no response

Had my cellphone screen replaced at this location and they forgot to conect the antena. Not a great first time experience but the people where really helpful and solve the problem quick.

Brought my Galaxy S8 plus, the front and back glass case was cracked in many places, I showed the man working there what needed to be done, he ordered the parts and never called me I contacted him after I waited for 3 weeks he said that he had tried to call a week earlier but he did not leave a message nor did I see a missed call from the phone number listed for his business. After 3 weeks I had contacted him and set up a time to get it repaired it only took him one hour as he had told me however he only replaced the front of the phone case and the LCD, he left the badly cracked back of the phone and said he thought I only wanted the front repaired.now my phone seems to have some glitches the screen is just going dark on its own and I have to adjust the brightness constantly the touch screen is not working as well as it used to and sometimes my screen looks like an old fuzzy TV...

Had my iPhone XS Max screen replaced a few months ago. Had no issues with the phone or screen prior to having the screen replaced. I had been using the phone just fine with cracks in the screen it was just getting on my nerves looking at a cracked screen. I chose this place because it was close to my home. Shortly after having the screen replaced maybe 3 weeks after my phone started doing the ghost touches and having issues with facial ID. I took it back and the gentleman said he fixed it. It worked right for 4 more weeks and now it has started doing the ghost touches again. It has gotten progressively worse everyday, it’s almost impossible to use and I’ve since decided to get a new phone instead of continually going back when I have problems with these screens. 300 is to much to pay for a poor quality screen that has ghost touches and is not responsive to touches about 60% of the...
