I went to Digital Doc at Flowers and was treated very disrespectful, and they damaged my iPhone 12 and refuse to accept responsibility. I want everyone to know that this location is not certified to repair Apple products and seem to be very proud to let you know after the fact. I was told by the manager that they are not certified to repair neither Samsung nor Apple products. I ask why they didn't tell me this so that I could make the decision if I wanted to entrust my phone with them. Now after they damaged my phone, I took it to the Apple Store and had to pay $299.23 to get it repaired. Just want everyone to know that any professional business will provide you the information that you need to make a decision if you want to trust such an expensive device to unprofessional young kids.
