While they made efforts to get the repairs done in a timely fashion, they were hampered by extremely slow delivery. Friendly and helpful, but follow-up communication is an area for opportunity.

They fixed my screen which is why I will give them 2 stars. This place seriously lacks in professionalism and communication. To start they didnt even call when finished. After a week and a day I had to contact them. After picking my cell up it still had a rubber band holding it together and I was told to give it 5 mins before taking it off. When I did finally remove it, nearly 1 hour later the back started to fall off. The service is mediocre and I had them redo the work. They seem to lack in sealing everything back up and the back glass still has a gap and will pull apart. Not completely sealed like it once was. The screen is also not aligned perfectly and can feel and see the edge. For almost $400 I will not be back or recommend!

Worst service ever! Do not go to this place. I went in with a frozen screen and they were to of replaced my screen. They retuned it back with my old screen and with it faulty. This place is a dump!

They have fixed 2-3 phones for me. All in 1-2 hour period he said it would take.

I went to Digital Doc at Flowers and was treated very disrespectful, and they damaged my iPhone 12 and refuse to accept responsibility. I want everyone to know that this location is not certified to repair Apple products and seem to be very proud to let you know after the fact. I was told by the manager that they are not certified to repair neither Samsung nor Apple products. I ask why they didn't tell me this so that I could make the decision if I wanted to entrust my phone with them. Now after they damaged my phone, I took it to the Apple Store and had to pay $299.23 to get it repaired. Just want everyone to know that any professional business will provide you the information that you need to make a decision if you want to trust such an expensive device to unprofessional young kids. I will be seeking restitution from the organization through the court of law since I could not get...

This is worst place to take your broken electronics. They replaced my lap tops touch screen with a none touch screen. Unfortunately, I never used the computer till after their warranty ran out. I also had them order a part for my phone and it has been over eight months and they claim the part still has not come in. I will never us them again and I suggest you do the same.
