Had my son's laptop fixed. My personal experience was good!

Took my wife pc in and he cleared the virus right off it there good for that.
Took my laptop in things were different he said he could fix it but never called me and informed me on anything I had to call him, then when I had picked my laptop he charged me just for looking at it and my PC was missing screws and my wifi chip was not connected then he tried to make it seem like I was lying about the missing screws! the screws never been replaced till this day and my motherboard in my laptop was not secured.

I took my iPhone XR to get the screen replaced. The prices are fair and they had it fixed and ready in an hour.
I also took my son’s old iPhone 6s to replace the screen and they had that replaced and ready in an hour as well.
Because of my experience, I have trusted them with an old iPad mini series 1 that we have been needing to get fixed for a while.
They have it now and because of the model, they need to order the parts and they say they can get it back to me by next week.
My experience with them has been good.

Digital Doc fixed my laptop in a reasonable time and cost. I was very pleased. I checked Office Max, Staples, Best Buy, and Dell and the time and cost was unreasonable, plus it had to be sent out for repair. I would recommend them.

First time I took my phone, the service was prompt and the price was pretty standard.

But I got it back with a cracked screen. The tech acknowledged it and was returning the phone to me while they waited for a replacement.

Then I gave it back for an additional replacement and it was returned with a entirely different color bezel and now the fingerprint scanner doesn't work.

Will be going by today to speak to a supervisor to see how they resolve this.
