Fast service very knowledgeable

The two gentlemen I dealt with were courteous and professional. I had a rather strange request for them that, to me, didn't seem like something they'd care to bother with, and expected a "Sorry, but that's not our thing," response.

On the contrary, I was welcomed with a "We'll take a look and let you know how we end up - but we should be able to get this done." And they did. On the same day.

My experience was quick, but professional. If they bring this level of courtesy and care to each of their customers, I'll have no problem bringing and recommending future business to them. Outstanding experience!

Ryan was amazing. He is kind, professional, and provides extremely affordable service when my digital camera and laptop decided to go to digital heaven. I’ve never tried a tech repair service until DigitalDoc, and I’m relieved to say that I’m so glad I was referred to them from my neighbors. I will be using them again.

Simon and Ryan have offered kind, professional, affordable service for our crashed laptop 💻. The staff were good listeners & quick to identify the problem & take care of the problem. I highly recommend these people.

Had a battery replacement in March and now the warranty is supposed out of time my phone will be at 89% then out of the blue cut of and restart only to have it turn back on to 19%. What a joke I tried them in the past and I should have learned my lesson. DO NOT GO THERE

These guys are amazing! They were able to un-brick my grandpa's computer and get him back up and running. All the data was secured and it works just like it used to. Fundamentally perfect service.
