iPhone was almost shattered and now it looks brand new! My MacBook Pro battery was not working; either, so they ordered a new one (at almost 1/2 the price) and since I needed it for my business, they let me borrow the shop's! Impeccable customer service and quick fix time!

My experience was excellent.
Simple problem, simple solution.  Broken iPhone 5s screen's glass was repaired in less than one hour. Affordable no nonsense fee for service. Customer service was simple direct and polite. I appreciated their 4-walls marketing, albeit simple and very minimalistic.

First time using Digital Doc Clayton NC and it was a great experience.
I had an XBOX 360 DVD drive that was stuck. I took the drive out of the console but I was unable to fix it myself without breaking something.
So I took it in on a Saturday morning and it was fixed the next business day (Monday).
They did what they said they would do at a fair price. You can't ask for much more than that.
