Digital Doc

I broke my LCD screen on my Galaxy S4. They fixed my screen in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you break your screen.

Digital doc is a perfect place when it comes to repairing phones. They are pretty reasonable and pretty fast. I've been I there more than 6 times for different reasons. They are very nice people.

Not only did they repair my iPhone quickly and for a decent price, they took time to show me functions on my phone I never knew about. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. I had no idea all of the things they repair - phones, tablets, computers, projectors, gaming devices, etc. They also have a selection of phones and accessories to purchase. I would much rather support local than going to these big chains that are so impersonal and all about the money. I will definitely be going back to Digital Doc again!

Took my iPad 2 in for a screen replacement. They had it done within the day, and called as soon as it was finished. Great customer service.

Went to get my screen fixed after dropping it, and they fixed the screen. A few days later my screen starts hitting random numbers and now it wont let me type in my password, making the device completely unusable

Same exact experience as "Thomas Walls" wrote about below and I wish I would have read his review before picking this location. We took our sons iPad in with cracked screen and after over a week to fix it comes back with ghost typing which occurs when the new screen is not replaced correctly. Took it in twice to get it fixed and after they stated it was fixed the issue only became worse. This IPad is used by our autistic son so we did not catch the issue until a few weeks after repair since he could not describe the issue in good detail since it was happening intermittently. After a few google searches I found the term ghosting typing which occurs with a faulty repair or poor repair parts. I would stay away from this business due to their lack of follow up and attention to detail. We now have to purchase a new IPad.

This is a very knowledgeable company! If your phone needs attention with a broken screen don't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company.very friendly!! Thank you again!

Visiting family and dropped my note 4. Screen didn't break but phone was bricked. Found these guys and they fixed it fast. I was back with my family and enjoying the weather the next day. Wish we had some place like this back home. Great job guys!

I was in town for business. Dropped my note 3 and shattered the screen. I can't go without my phone. Went to digital doc. They we're friendly, great customer service, good pricing. They had my screen replaced in about an hour. They even offered a military discount. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you for saving my phone.

My husband brought in my daughters iphone which is 2 years old and it was the first time the screen had shattered as the phone fell onto a gym floor without its otterbox case. For over 100 they put a new screen on. I bought a new otterbox case for her phone and she immediately put the case on the phone. A week later,with the new Otterbox case on, the phone dropped from below her knee to a carpeted floor-less than a foot. The screen shattered! My husband brought it back and was told there is no warranty. I am not sure what kind of cheap glass they are using or maybe it was put on incorrectly but the fact that Digital Doc took NO responsibility for a repair that cost $100+ dollars is horrible. It cost more than going to the apple store(who would not touch it after it had been touched by Digital Doc). I would not recommend them to anyone. Apple recommended another store that...
