Digital Doc

My fiance went to digital doc tor repair his screen on a $650 cell phone he's had for 3 months He put new screen on. But then he's speaker was broken. He called owner's son who said employee was wearing flip flops and tripped, broke his phone! We bought brand new phones but now Digital Doc will not even refund his money! They broke it. But won't do the right thing. So we are going to sue them to get the money. Why must one go to the extreme just to get a store to do the RIGHT thing!

This is the worst place to take your iPad to get a screen replaced. iPad was taken there to get a screen replaced in December of 2015. When the iPad was picked up the home button was broken, So we took it back and they replaced the screen. Picked it up again and the supposedly new screen had lines in it...it looked like notebook paper. So we took it back again and they once again replaced the screen. This time when we got it back the battery would not charge and the iPad wouldn't even come on. So we took it back again, and they stated that they had to "send it off" because they fried the mother board. So after about a month, of calling there was still no update on the iPad. So finally after going up there the iPad had arrived back from "being repaired" and was being "put back together" we were finally able to pick it back up. Well we get the...

Brought my phone in at 11:45...they had replaced the screen by 12:30. Much faster turn around than I expected.

Terrible Service!
I had to replace my ipad glass. the first time I picked it up the seal was sticking out all over the place and the glass was falling off after a couple days. the 2nd time i picked it up they broke the wifi antenna. the 3rd time i picked it up the glass was installed poorly again and the screen would push buttons on me. the 4th time i picked it up nothing improved and the manager told me not to come back!!!!

You can absolutely find better service!

**UPDATE** my glass broke again and I completely blame these guys. Instead of driving into Raleigh and pay again I decided to do it myself. In my first attempt I did a FAR BETTER job replacing my own ipad glass than these bums. a FAR better job! insane!

As an avid techy myself, I've repaires a lot of sxreens myself. Being very aware of whole sale prices, these guys are excellent. They are definitely quality people that do a quality job at a very thin profit. I actually would have been fine with paying more.

The guys here have great customer service. I stopped in a bit over a month ago now probably due to my phone not working properly. It was not booting up correctly and I could not get past the start screen. The technician took the back of my phone off for me and went into the circuitry and made sure there were no loose connections and diagnosed it as a software problem. He saved me time and although I had to end up getting a new phone I was surprised by this level of customer service as he did this for me free of charge and gave me advice on who to contact to get a replacement. I would go back if I have any needs in the future.

Great services. I had a few computer issues and they handled it within hours and saved me a lot of $$$!

Don't waste your time with this group. Charged $30.00 diagnostics fee to find out they don't know what's wrong with the iPhone.
