Awesome place. Fixed my sons phone with a new screen fast.

They replaced my daughters shattered iPhone screen in 45 minutes and at a very reasonable rate! Looks brand new! Thank you!

Had an iPhone repaired (broken screen and battery replacement). Went on vacation with my phone in a brand new "life proof case". Phone got wet on a water slide. New battery swelled and home button connector corroded. Even with obvious water damage to the phone, the battery was replaced NO CHARGE and home button repaired.

Lessons learned:
Life Proof Cases are not really water tight.

Digital Doc is a stand up organization who does right by their customers. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Awesome customer service. Will be going back for all of my future needs.

My daughter took her phone in to get repaired and left it. While driving back to get it she got lost, and of course, without a phone and at Digital Docs closing time (7:00) and it was then 7:15. My daughter stopped at a store and called me and asked me to contact them because she didn't have their number. Digital Doc's tech had already left their store (now 7:15) so no one answered the phone. I sent them a message and immediately I had a reply and tech said they were heading back to the store. WOW.... what great customer service!!! They saved the day and my daughter from having a nervous breakdown/panic attach. She was heading out of town and needed her phone then.

Had phone screen replaced, new screen was raised instead of embedded as it should have been and they bent the phone between the volume buttons while replacing the screen.. should have just let apple fix it since they charged the same price.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with regards to handling of computer equipment. I had to call them almost everyday and then wait days to get a response back as to what was going on with my computer. I eventually found out that they were not able to fix my laptop and instead of telling me so that I could get it to recover my data they never alerted me to this fact and simply disposed of my laptop hard drive and all. They were very careless throughout the entire process. The customer service was terrible.
