Really disappointed in the customer service. I had a great experience with one associate helping me. When bringing the device back the next day to finally trade the phone in for the offer I was given, a different employee was working. It was 30 minutes before closing, however he said he didn’t have time to evaluate my phone, although it was evaluated the day before and we were given an amount they would provide us for the phone. He stated I could leave the phone, but why would a customer do that knowing the store closes in 30 minutes? Would have rated this hirer if the second employee didn’t react the way he did. Pretty disappointing.
