Kensington Barbers

Visiting London from the Virgin Islands for about 10 days and I needed to get lined up and they were just what I was looking for. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Would definitely come here again when I come back to London. Shout out to Gonzalo.

Fantastic service, Elie did an excellent job! They may advertise as a traditional barber, however as a female they were happy to welcome me in. After two knock backs elsewhere the previous day because I was a female, my faith has been restored!

Great place for a haircut. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices for the area (£20). Love the atmosphere and always leave satisfied. They have also recently redecorated and it looks great! Keep it up lads.

Awful. Every moment was terrible.

Despite stating how much of my fringe I wanted cut, the barber tried to cut around 2 inches more. I told him not to and that I wanted my fringe grown in and we then agreed on the length I wanted. He ignored this completely and took around 3 inches off my fringe. I told him that I wasn’t happy with what he had done to my hair and he said that he didn’t like my fringe at that length. I told him it wasn’t about what he liked, it was about what I wanted. He still tried to push that he was in the right and this new “style” was better for me and that my fringe was still too long for the length of the sides. I’m not sure what the rule book says on hair length, but surely it’s to listen to clients. I should have took the fact that I was a walk in and despite their being about 6 people already waiting, none wanted him , as a warning sign. Avoid this place.
