Overall, it was great. Amy was very responsive to arrange the service date, and verify information. Although I chose to receive the service anytime, there was an estimated date and owla, the crews were there to clean my windows that day. I have 2.5-storey house with windows impossible to reach without killing myself. They are sparkling-cleaned. Very affordable and job gets done right. Will be definitely using their service annually.
