We recently booked Ken's Window Washing for the second time and are very pleased with the results and service! They were able to get us in within a day of booking, which was extremely impressive. We received a follow up email asking if we were happy with our service. I responded that there was some streaking on the front windows, but for the price and efficiency we were overall pleased. They responded that the streaking wouldn't do, and they would be coming out again to redo those windows! I really wasn't expecting that! Sure enough, they were out again within a couple of days and every window is sparkling. I'm really impressed, not only with the job done, but with the customer service and the insistence on making sure everything is just right. It is so rare to encounter that!
