It's nice the rental agency is right down the street from me and people are nice

They take good care of me and have my back. They're very professional and handle everything perfectly and by the law . This is the best experience I've ever had renting an apartment for my daughter and I.

I renewed my lease today and am truly happy with my place. I appreciate this company for being understanding. Life is hard but they make it a little easier :) thanks guys I truly do appreciate you all !

I have been a tenant since 2020. I loved Aimee when we first met she was very helpful. When we did our walk through, she was very professional and kind. The building gets cleaned and maintained clean. Everytime I need maintenance I am very satisfied and it is done at a properly time matter. They do have several other property so understanding that isn't easy but it gets done greatly. Over the years they have been nothing but kind and understand. Love them all

Very friendly. If something breaks they are there the same day. The manager and office staff go the extra mile. Been here 5 years now feels like home.
