Since we were making a move from another state, we initially found Kelley online. The videos she prepares of all the different communities, amenities, and areas of the valley helped us plan our scouting trips to Arizona. When we initially met with Kelley, she made many recommendations based on our budget and interests. We made a few trips back to see additional communities, comparing them to our "favorite" from the first trip. As we narrowed our search and the purchase/move became more imminent, we began working with Tammi Nixon (relocation specialist with Kelley's team). Tammi was able to give the time and attention we needed to find the exact home in the community we'd chosen and was a blessing as each step occurred while we were still wrapping things up out-of-state. The purchase was seamless and we felt confident that everything would be in place when we arrived....
