Buying a new home can be a stressful event, especially when trying to buy your first home. My fiancé and I recently started our search and requested more information on a home that we liked. We were immediately contacted by the Trembley Group, and were assigned to Lora Coward. I don't know if we were randomly chosen to have Lora represent us or not, but we could not have asked for a better realtor. After meeting with her for about 10 min, we instantly new that we hit the jackpot of all realtors. I first met Lora around 10 years ago through a mutual friend and instantly fell in Love with her. She's defiantly a people person, a go getter done type person, type A personality, loves everyone and will go above and beyond to be there for you even if she just met you and just loves to smile and laugh. Even though Lora is a transplant to the Carolinas, you'd never know it by Her expertise on her surroundings and Horry County. Her Love of the Carolinas is astounding and you won't come across a better person to help you find the home of your dreams.

Being first time home-buyers, we appreciated Bret's knowledge of the area and the expertise he carries from being in the business for a while. We never felt pressured in any part of the process and he championed hard for us to get the most we could out of the negotiation process. Though my husband did a lot of research on the home buying process, Bret explained everything as we went step by step. I cannot say enough about Sharon and her helping us through this process. I am 100% sure I drove her crazy with my anxious, overbearing personality (lol) during the house hunting and closing process, and with my constant questions, but she answered all my questions and helped put me at ease (which is NOT an easy task!) during the entire process.
