What can I say about Alysia Stern other than she is absolutely amazing!!!

I was in the middle of a relocation from Arkansas to South Carolina and knew absolutely nothing about the area. Alysia was a rockstar from the beginning! She sent me several listings to view prior to arrival and truly listen to what I wanted.

Our final destination was at The Ponds in Summerville - that literally brought tears to my eyes.

It is such a blessing that God put us together!

I just wanted to share our home buying experience with Matt Nesbella. My boyfriend and I started looking for a house in early 2022. The market was crazy and the process was super stressful, but Matt had our back the whole time. He wasn’t just trying to convince us to buy just anything, he truly had our best interest at heart. He was available to us 24/7, I could email him at 2 am and ask to view a house the next morning and he would make it happen right away. He was with us on every viewing and gave us all the pros and cons for each property. I know all realtors say they care about their clients, but we truly felt that Matt wanted us to find our dream house. Even after closing, he was checking on us and making sure everything was going smoothly. Thank you to Matt and to the whole Oak and Ocean team for making our dream come true!!!

Natalie was a breeze to work with. She listened to what we wanted, lined up the showings and we put in a offer with only day of showings. We appreciated that she wasn't trying to show homes that didn't meet our wants or needs.

Natalie's team once the offer was accepted made our experience top notch.
