After contacting Eric Graham at Keller Williams over three years ago and having him show us properties in and around Myrtle Beach, Loris, and Longs, we finally found a home we liked. Eric and his team were great we toured several new and previously properties. Once we found the home we wanted, he helped us get through all maze of paper work and made things as streamlined as possible. Kat provided us with a lot of useful information we needed to make the move mush smoother. Since we moved from Pa, we were unable to do the final walk through with the builder but Eric stepped in and did a video walk through for us.
