Natalie Cruse was terrific! We had been talking and texting since November of 2022. I told her I wanted to move to SC as soon as my home sold in Denver. My husband and I hired keller williams ..oak and ocean.. to manage a rental we bought. They did an absolutely terrible job! We hired a management company so we could rest easy with our rental.. boy was this a mistake! It was anything but easy! Our five star reviews quickly turned to bad reviews bc cleaning people werent sent for weeks at a time after previous guests left. We had told the management company to please let us know if any issues came about so we could quickly remedy.. did they do that? No. The washing machine broke down and was filled with smelly water for weeks and oak and ocean did not let us know!! Even tho THEY KNEW!
