The place was welcoming and seemed professional. I do believe the Dr. knows what he's doing. The problem I had was with the front desk who did not inform me of the new patient promotion (49$ which includes consult, exam and xrays). Instead I was charged $300+ for the consult, exam and xrays. The only reason I know of the promo is because it was posted in the treatment room which I didn't use until my 2nd visit. I inquired as soon as possible and I was told it was only for new patients (which I was). When I told her that, she asked if I had a referral card. I said No, I found you online but the promo is on your wall in the treatment room. Then I was told I had to find the promo online and print it out to be redeemed. I told her that I thought it was ridiculous and asked for her to find a way too make it right on my account and she replied - too late, we've already billed your...

Relaxing environment, quick service, and intelligent staff.

The staff is very sweet & efficient. Dr. Kaurich helped me with a debilitating pinched nerve affecting the use of my left hand.
