Sandra, Yosselin, and Michelle did an excellent job with my move out cleaning. They were very attentive and made sure I was gonna get my security deposit back. High recommend Katie’s, scheduling and communication were top notch.

Michelle and Yosselin were my cleaners for this service. They were very punctual and greeted me with the biggest smiles. They were very nice and respectful. Yosselin ran through the normal procedure with me and asked me to show them around. She asked a lot of clarifying questions to tailor this cleaning to my needs. After they were done, She walked me through to inspect the job and clearly told us what they didn’t do and why. I definitely recommend this company for your cleaning needs. Make sure to ask about all of the policies ahead of time and ask questions and you will not be let down. I will choose Katie’s over The Maids any day for the customer service the main office provides alone.

Very thorough cleaning, even the more difficult areas came out spotless. Great service and communication, helped me rearrange the arrival time with no problem. I met Michelle and Yosselin who were very friendly and they all did a great job. Highly recommend

They do a great job with the cleaning, but more importantly they don't shy away from the tough jobs and are there to help those in need.
