Scheduled a Deep Clean for our 3-level townhome. Coordination was a breeze - both by phone and text message. Having never scheduled cleaners before, Aysia was patient with my many questions, and follow-up communication was timely and informative. I received an itemized quote, and we set a date. The team arrived on-time and spent about 4-5 hours thoroughly cleaning. Everything is sparkling and fresh. The whole house just feels better. We'll be continuing with every other week regular cleaning with Katie's. I've already recommended them to a co-worker.

Katie's Cleaning always does everything they can to accomodate us, and their staff does a great job on the house. I never feel like they are rushing out and doing a half-job. They are friendly and approachable, and easy to communicate with about anything I need done in particular.
