Katie's team was great! We accelerated the timeline to put our house on the market and contacted them last minute. Her team adjusted their schedules, swapped out people mid-clean to make sure their other clients weren't impacted, and finished the job very professionally. They even provided notes afterwards on things that weren't cleanable to their standards due to flooring age or stains on a door (from kid damage). We’ve used Katie’s a few times now, and I’ve been SO HAPPY with them every time! They are efficient and thorough and responsive to any especially problematic areas (which is about half of my house).
