Maria, Yosselin and Jazz were great. Very friendly and customer service oriented. They were late to the appointment but the weather and traffic were bad so not their fault. They let me know to expect their delay which was great communication.

Katie’s cleaning service has been cleaning my house for over a year now, and I’ve been so impressed with their customer service and professionalism. I went with them after gathering quotes from several cleaning services. I’m so glad I went with them because I’ve had other cleaning services in the past and Katie & crew is definitely the most kind, hard working and responsive. As a mom of young children I have a hard time keeping my house in order. Katie and her crew make my life so much easier. We love coming home to a clean home.

After a neighbor’s recommendation, we have used Katie’s Cleaning for about six months. I am consistently amazed at how much work they accomplish in a relatively short time! They are efficient, hard working professionals, eager to please. I am comfortable whether I am home or away while they work. The communication and customer service are excellent. They lighten my load and make life so much easier!
