Kaleidoscope Child Development Center

I don't like rating a company on a single experience but, alas, when it comes to the care of children what happened today is completely unacceptable.
My granddaughter is 3 years old (I will call her "Jane" for simplicity sake - her mom, my stepdaughter, "Janet"). When Janet picked her up tonight, Jane was crying and being consoled by a schoolmate (another little girl). Janet asked the 'teacher' why her daughter was crying and got the run-around, "I was talking to another child. I only have two hands!" Janet took it up with the Director and she went the extra mile... To downplay the whole incident.
It is our hope that Janet remove her daughter from this place and puts her elsewhere.
